When you apply for membership we collect the details you provide in the application, including your name, contact details, where you are based and information about your business and background.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to review your application, to contact you about its outcome and, if you are accepted, to administer your membership.

Who sees it

Applications are read by the people who run MEC. We do not sell or share application data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep applications for as long as is necessary to review them and, where relevant, to administer membership. You can ask us to delete your application at any time by writing to us.
