The terms of applying.

Applications

Submitting an application does not create a membership. Every application is reviewed and MEC may accept or decline an application at its discretion. We aim to reply to every applicant.

Payment

No payment is requested or taken at the application stage. Membership fees are only discussed with applicants whose applications have been approved.

Accuracy

You confirm that the information you provide in your application is accurate and your own. Applications that are found to be misleading may be declined or, if already accepted, withdrawn.

Conduct

Members are expected to treat one another with respect and to keep what is shared inside the club confidential. Membership may be withdrawn where this expectation is not met.
